The best independent cookshops in the country come together each year to publish a compact catalogue of the best of the products in their shops - the Cook's Companion

This is distributed in the cities and towns in which they reside at various times throughout the year.

The 2009-2010 Companion features not just the fabulous Nigella Lawson, but also the amazing Jamie Oliver.

All of the participating retailers are members of the Cookshop & Housewares Association (CHA) a specialist trade association existing to represent the best independent cookshops in the UK.
